On January 4, 2008, ComUnity Lending, Incorporated (“CLI”)
and its wholly-owned subsidiary, LES Liquidation, Inc., formerly doing
business as Lender E-Source, Inc. (“LES”) filed petitions commencing cases
under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Both cases
were filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of
California, San Jose Division. The cases have been assigned case
number 08-50030 (CLI) and case number 08-50031 (LES). A notice regarding
the commencement of the bankruptcy cases will be mailed to all creditors
and include information on how to file a claim.
We appreciate creditor support as efforts were made to
maximize the value of CLI’s assets outside of a bankruptcy context.
However, not all creditors cooperated in this effort and the commencement
of the bankruptcy cases at this time became necessary to prevent any single
creditor from gaining an advantage over other creditors and to preserve
legal rights in litigation matters.
Additional information regarding the bankruptcy cases will
be posted on this website as developments occur and/or provided to
creditors and other parties-in-interest pursuant to a mailed notice.

of creditor claims. Pursuant to order of the United States Bankruptcy
Court, Northern District of California, Omni Management Group, LLC has been
appointed claims agent for the clerk of court in the ComUnity Lending,
Inc., (Case No. 08-50030) and LES Liquidation, Inc., (Case No. 08-50031)
bankruptcy cases. All claims are required to be filed with Omni
Management Group, LLC at the address provided below. If you previously
filed a proof of claim with the Bankruptcy Court, you need not submit another
proof of claim.
